Terms & Conditions

2025 Events

A booking confirmation will be sent to the email address supplied at the time of booking. Once payment has been confirmed, tickets booked online are reserved for the specified event. You MUST bring your email confirmation with the barcode with you.

PAYMENT

  • Full payment of the ticket price will be taken on booking
  • A non-refundable £0.50 booking fee applies per ticket to cover general administrative business costs. This fee is separate from the ticket price and is non-refundable
  • Ticket price includes parking, venue access and all advertised activities, excludes purchases from Street Food vendors, craft stalls and face painting which carry an optional additional charge
  • Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your ticket
  • Camping and glamping at Applewood Countryside Park is booked separately by visiting: https://bit.ly/bookapplewood

REFUND POLICY

  • Tickets are non-refundable. No refund will be issued for inclement weather or any further force majeure
  • The ticket remains the property of Applewood Countryside Park and is not for re-sale and is non-transferable

CANCELLATION BY APPLEWOOD COUNTRYSIDE PARK

  • In exceptional circumstances outside of our control, we may have to cancel the event. If we do so we will inform you as soon as possible and you will receive a full refund minus your booking fee charge
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry without explanation, and to alter, close or remove details of activities without prior notice for technical, operational or other reasons. And, in the interest of the public and for safety reasons, we also reserve the right to request guests to leave the park at any time. No refunds will be given in these circumstances
  • Any person deemed intoxicated, acting inappropriately or acting with criminal intent will be ejected from the event and their ticket invalidated

PARENTS

  • We welcome well-behaved children, and respectfully request that children in your party are supervised at all times, in all areas of the event

DOGS

  • Dogs are welcome at all our events, with the exception of Halloween Spooktacular, and must be on a lead and supervised at all times. Dog waste is to be picked up and disposed of in the appropriate bins provided

CODE OF CONDUCT

  • Please show respect at all times to all staff during the event
  • Only food and drink purchased from the event can be consumed on the premises. We reserve the right to confiscate any items from outside the event
  • No illegal substances or legal highs may be brought onto the premises at any time
  • Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited, other than in the designated outdoor smoking areas
  • Vehicles are parked at the owners’ risk. We accept no responsibility for damage caused to any vehicles

The data you supply will only be used for the purpose intended, to advise you of information about the event, the Park, offers and special events and not passed to any third parties.
